The digital economy in ASEAN is projected to increase to around US$330 billion in 2025, supported by the implementation of the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) in 2025 with Malaysia as ASEAN Chair.

23rd AECC to Discuss 16 Priority Economic Deliverables

The peak of Indonesia's Chairmanship in ASEAN in 2023 concludes with the 43rd ASEAN Summit in Jakarta. The 42nd Summit was previously held in Labuan Bajo of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) province on 9—11 May.
