Thousands of Govt. and Business Leaders to Attend ASEAN-BAC Summit Week 2023

Jakarta, 31 August 2023 – ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) will hold ASEAN-BAC Indonesia's Summit Week 2023 on 1-6 September 2023 in Jakarta. Thousands of participants have registered.

ASEAN-BAC Chair Arsjad Rasjid said on Thursday (31/8/2023) that to date, more than 2,500 participants have registered to attend ASEAN-BAC Indonesia's Summit Week 2023.

"Many government leaders and business owners in the ASEAN region and the world have also registered. We have listed more than a thousand leaders. The event will include more than twenty panel sessions and interactive discussions," said Arsjad, who currently also serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin).

Arsjad stated that he was ready to realize the ASEAN Business Roadmap Towards Epicentrum of Growth. The Business Roadmap is the manifestation of ASEAN-BAC’s effort to contribute positively to the vision of Indonesia's ASEAN Chairmanship this year as well as being part of the formulation of ASEAN Vision 2045.

ASEAN-BAC Indonesia's Summit Week 2023 comprises a series of interesting events featuring various central ASEAN themes, which are also significant for the global community. One of them is the ASEAN Weekend Market that will take place at the Senayan Multipurpose Building from 1 to 3 September 2023, from 08.00 to 18.00.

The agenda for ASEAN-BAC Indonesia's Summit Week 2023 is as follows:

 1.       1--3 September 2023; 08.00 - 18.00 Western Indonesian Time;

2.       2 September 2023; 09.00 - 17.00 Western Indonesian Time;
