ASEAN+3 Task Force Meeting has been convened on 2-3 February 2023 in Bali, and attended by 10 ASEAN member countries, plus China, Japan, and Republic of Korea. The meeting was co-chaired by Indonesia (Bank Indonesia and Ministry of Finance) and Japan (Japan Central Bank and Ministry of Finance).
The meeting discussed regional cooperation of ASEAN+3 in finance sector.
In addition to the meeting, the delegation was introduced to Indonesian culture, from Rumah Gadang, Gayo coffee, to Palembang food, uunder the theme Discover Sumatra. As part of the hospitality program, delegates also enjoyed Bali’s magnificent beauty, through a visit to Tanah Lot.
The meeting will hopefully serve as a start of productive cooperation in the finance sector, for the benefit of ASEAN, as well as Indonesia. (Source: Bank Indonesia)
